At Churchville Chili Family Medicine we practice medicine conservatively in order to achieve the best possible health outcome for our patients. To that end, we require our pediatric and senior patients to be seen at least annually. Those with chronic health conditions are required to be seen at least three times per year in order for us to continue to fill prescriptions, with one of those visits being a physical. Some prefer a more hands-off approach. While we would love to be your partner in health care, if your preference is the latter, we think our practice style may not be the best fit for you.
