HENRY PASZKO, MD, MAT
Born and raised in New Jersey, he attended medical school at the University of Rochester and did his undergraduate work at Columbia University in New York City. Dr. Paszko received a Reader’s Digest international fellowship to do medical work in Zambia, Africa, during his final year. Board certified in Family Medicine, he has done an additional year of post doctorate training in orthopedic surgery. More recently, he received a Master of Arts in Theology from Northeastern Seminary. In September 2020, Dr. Paszko was reappointed as Clinical Senior Instructor in Family Medicine, in the School of Medicine and Dentistry at U of R in recogniition of his continuing contributions to the Medical Center. .He has been married for over thirty years, has four children and enjoys running, reading, and traveling.

CHRISTOPHER KHAMPHOUNE, MD
Dr. Khamphoune was born and raised in New York City. He completed his undergraduate studies at Stanford University and attended medical school at SUNY Downstate in NYC. After completing his internal medicine residency at North Shore LIJ Dr Khamphoune also completed an additional year of training in diagnostic radiology. Board certified in internal medicine, he enjoys building healthy therapeutic relationships with his patients. Dr. Khamphoune is married, and has one daughter. He enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and reading good books.

CHANH HUYNH, MD, joined our clinical team in July 2019. Born and raised in Vietnam, he completed his medical school and residency training at the University of Rochester. Board certified in Family Medicine and an active member of a local church; Dr. Huynh embraces the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model of caring for patients of all ages. Outside of medicine, he spends most of his time building relationships with Jesus, family, his new wife, and friends. He also enjoys running, biking, hiking, snowboarding, and pickle balling.
TIMOTHY CLARK, Physician Assistant Originally from Rochester, Tim provided health care to the US Navy before joining our practice and has been with Churchville-Chili Family Medicine for many years now where he practices the full spectrum of family medicine, excluding obstetrics. Tim is married with three children and is also the financial secretary at the church they attend. His interests include traveling, gardening, and spending time with family. |
JAMIE KRAUTWURST, Physician Assistant
Jamie Krautwurst graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with her Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry. She then did her graduate work at the University of Rochester, and ultimately obtained her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from LeMoyne College. After graduating, she worked in the RGH ED and spent the last few years working at Strong Memorial Hospital, in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Department, before she joined us here. Jamie is married with two sons and a daughter. |
CHRISTINE RODGERS, Physician Assistant
Christine, who joined us in August 2013, complements our clinical team with her extensive experience of over 38 years. Ms. Rodgers graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies and adds an alternative element to our already holistic approach of wellness, practicing in all aspects of family medicine. Christine's hobbies include the Martial Arts and practicing speaking French. |
RACHEL FORBERG, Family Nurse Practitioner
We welcome Rachel who joined our clinical team in August 2018. Ms. Forberg graduated from St. John Fisher College and adds twenty years’ experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Primary and Urgent care. She is already an integrated part of our clinical team and enjoys building relationships with families and individuals of all ages as she provides collaborative care. |
BROOKE SHANNON, Physician Assistant
Brooke Shannon joined our clinical team in November of 2018! Born and raised in Wisconsin, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at the University or Wisconsin-La Crosse, and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA. She enjoys baking, online shopping, swimming, and would like to one day travel all over western Europe! |
